The Zenith El Primero 36,000 VpH 38mm chronograph is based on the principle of excellent watchmaking. The chronograph is designed specifically for men with an interest in technical excellence. Powered by the El Primero 400 automatic movement which beats at 36,000VpH making it one of the most accurate in the world. The movement is made up of 278 components with 31 jewels and has a minimum power reserve of 50 hours. The stainless steel case is 38mm in diameter; however the intricate details of the dial make it far more imposing. The silver sunray dial features 3 colour counters, a central chronograph hand, date display at 4.30 and rhodium faceted hands and indexes. On the dials flange, there is a tachymeter scale for allowing hourly speed to be calculated from a measured time. The case front is covered by box-form sapphire crystal glass, with a sapphire caseback showing the El Primero movement. This model is secured by a brown alligator leather strap with a stainless steel pin & buckle. Water resistant to 100 metres, comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
