Returns

Refund & Exchange Policy

Any items purchased at our normal full retail price may be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Sale items or products purchased under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days. We will gladly refund your transaction in full to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Conditions

Please ensure that the following conditions are adhered to for swift processing of your return:

• All security tags and labels are in place and haven’t at any point been removed from the watch.
• The watch is free of any marks, scratches or other impediments that would prohibit it from being offered for sale as new.
• All Instructions, guarantees, presentation packaging, and etc are unblemished and included with the watch

We will send you pre-paid packaging to send your watch back to us fully insured at our cost, you just have to drop it off at a local post office.

* Please note this only applies to online customers within the United Kingdom who purchased a wrist watch over £300 (does not apply to straps/watch winders), customers outside the UK requesting a refund will need organise safe transportation of the product back to us at their cost.
