England manager Roy Hodgson has been given a special edition of Hublot’s Euro 2012 watch at a ceremony in London. There are two versions of this collector’s item representing Poland and the Ukraine who are the co-hosts of this summer’s tournament. Hodgson will wear the Ukraine model to England’s group games, all of which are scheduled to take place in Kiev and Donetsk.
President of Hublot South America Rick Delacroix capped an incredible couple of months for the former West Brom manager by presenting Hodgson with this exclusive timepiece. Hodgson was only a last minute appointment to the England managers post following the shock resignation of Fabio Capello in February. England supporters will be hoping he carries his recent good fortune deep into the tournament.
Hublot is the official timekeeper of the UEFA Euro 2012 Tournament in Poland and the Ukraine. Keep an eye out for their logo appearing on clocks and the referee’s boards throughout the event.
