  • Standard next day and same day* delivery is FREE
  • We deliver to the following areas: England, Wales, Scotland (incl. Islands), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Military BFPO. Please note most of our brands can not be shipped outside the UK.
  • Next Day Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  • Same Day Deliveries are sent via eCouriers.
  • We deliver Monday to Saturday, there are no deliveries on Sunday.
  • Items that are in stock will be despatched the same day (cut off 4.00pm).
  • Once an order has been despatched an email will be sent to you with the courier tracking information.
  • If on the first occasion we are unable to deliver a card will be left with the consignment number and branch telephone number, so that a collection or re-delivery can be arranged.
  • If it is more convenient for you we can deliver to your work address but we may require a fax to confirm this.
* Same Day Delivery is only on wrist watches over £1,000 and does not apply to straps/accessories/watch winders.
