If your watch has a linked metal bracelet, we can ensure that it fits first time - just let us know your wrist measurement and we’ll make the necessary adjustments free of charge.
Measure your wrist with a piece of string (or a measuring tape if you have one) at the point where you’d normally wear your watch.
On placing your order you will receive a confirmation email - please reply to this email with your wrist measurement (in mm) and we'll make the necessary adjustments before despatch.
Any links that have been removed will be sent with your watch. In some cases you may need additional links - in which case we'll get in touch as there may be a small additional cost as we'll need to source these from the manufacturer.
Please note that it may take an additional day to deliver orders where adjustment is required, in exceptional circumstances we may have to send the watch to the manufacturer – in such an event we’ll contact your first before proceeding.

We will try to ensure the best fit for your watch. Very occasionally, further adjustment may be required. As this is a free service, we unfortunately cannot provide compensation for any additional costs associated with further adjustments made to your watch.

We are an authorised dealer for all of the brands presented at The Watch Gallery. This means that your watch will come in a branded box with full papers of authenticity and at a minimum, a 2 year international manufacturer's warranty. Our relationship with the brands means that we can manage any after sales requirements you might have including full service and repairs (in and out of the warranty period) in the unlikely event that anything were to go wrong.

We try our best to give the best possible presentation of our products online but we admit, sometimes this still doesn't quite live up to actually trying it on. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full 14 days to change your mind. Just retain the packaging the watch was sent in and use the supplied label to send the watch back free of charge and we'll refund your payment card in full. All we ask is that the watch is sent back in an unworn, sellable condition.
